“DATA CONTROLLER”
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The data controller is M'agrado di Franco Alessandro, with registered office in Pietraporzio.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING The processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the operational headquarters in Pietraporzio. The processing is carried out only by the Company's staff, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations of the information systems. No data deriving from the web service is disseminated or communicated to third parties, except for technical needs or requests from the Judicial Authority, as better explained below.

RETENTION PERIODS
The User may always, at any time, request the interruption of Processing or the deletion and/or limitation of data. However, this cannot conflict with the retention obligations referred to in art. 2214 c.c.
DATA TRANSFER
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of such data or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation).
